These terms govern your use of Ever's website and waitlist. By submitting your email or using this site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your interest in early access. It is not a contract, a purchase, or a guarantee of a specific feature, price, or launch date. We may invite waitlist members on a rolling basis and reserve the right to change the product before launch.
3. Acceptable use
Don't submit other people's email addresses without their permission. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal.
4. Intellectual property
The Ever name, logo, copy, and design are owned by Ever. The product mockups shown on this page are illustrative.
5. Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ever is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
